There's exciting news for city centre foodies today as COSMO World Kitchen announce the opening date for their new Glasgow eatery.
The buffet-style restaurant, which already has a hugely popular location at Silverburn in the Southside, will open at the St Enoch Centre next month, in February of 2022.
Two years in the making, the team at COSMO say we can expect 'a never-ending array of fresh global cuisine with eight live cooking stations and over 150 tempting modern dishes to choose from'.

Whether you fancy Italian, Indian, Pan Asian or a little bit of everything, there will be a huge range of choices on offer at the all-you-can-eat buffet.
The new restaurant will seat 280 hungry diners and bring 50 jobs to the city.

Suzanne Wink, operations director at COSMO said: “Glasgow is a vibrant multicultural city and we can’t wait to open our St. Enoch Centre COSMO location next month.

COSMO will be located next to the VUE cinema and enhanced retail space in St. Enoch Centre.
The restaurant will be open from 12 pm until late seven days a week.
