A GLASGOW street was locked down last night after the alarm was raised over claims a man was seriously assaulted.
However, when officers got to Queensland Court in the city's Cardonald, they found no one had been assaulted.
Police were called to the scene around 8pm and confirmed they gave advice and assistance.

Concerned residents took to social media last night after both the police and ambulance service were spotted in the area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8pm last night officers were called to a report of a man seriously assaulted there, however officers attended and no one had been seriously assaulted.
"Advice and assistance was given."
