CORRIE fans from Glasgow got a surprise when one of the city's most-loved venues got a special mention in last night's episode.
Sam Robertson, who plays Adam Barlow in the spa[ gushed about music venue King Tut's Wah Wah Hut to Asha Alahan when he overheard that she is considering moving to Glasgow to study.
He told her: "You'll love it Asha, it's an amazing city and great for students. There's five universities in one city so there's plenty of pubs and clubs.
"You've got live gigs in King Tut's, nights out on Ashton Lane, it does the best takeaway in the country, chicken chasni was invented in Glasgow."

Adam added that he would have stayed in Glasgow had it not been for Sarah and Harry, saying he'd move back "in a heartbeat."
King Tut's were honoured at hearing the mention, sharing the clip from the popular soap on Twitter.
They wrote: "Some great advice from Adam on @itvcorrie. We'll see you in Tut's when you make it to Glasgow Asha! @tanishagorey."
