GLASGOW passengers will be excited to learn that the world's biggest superjumbo is returning to Glasgow Airport.
The Boeing 777-200LR plane is currently being used for the Glasgow to Dubai route, but the Emirates A830 currently stands - or flies - as the largest passenger plane in the world.
A curious passenger took to social media to ask if the A830 would return to the city's airport so that he could embark on his honeymoon.
The Twitter user wishes to take the flight after his third attempt at getting married, due to the pandemic forcing delays to his big day.
Glasgow Airport responded by saying that the aircraft would be making a return in the coming months.
Hey @emirates, will you ever be bringing back the #A380 to @GLA_Airport. I'm finally getting married on our 3rd try after this pandemic and had to cancel our trip in 2020. Is there any #Hope#honeymoon #businessclass #hurryup #prettyplease
