A MEMBER of one of the biggest boybands of the 70s visited Glasgow today to help launch the city's run of a musical inspired by the group's hits.
Jay Osmond arrived at the King's Theatre ahead of The Osmonds opening on Tuesday.
He posed with cast members Ryan Anderson (Merrill Osmond), Jamie Chatterton (Alan Osmond), Alex Lodge (Jay Osmond), Danny Nattrass (Wayne Osmond), and Joseph Peacock (Donny Osmond).
The Osmonds tells the official story from Jay Osmond about the five brothers from Utah who were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits decade after decade.
From their star residency on The Andy Williams Show to the arrival of Donny and Marie, The Osmonds lived a remarkable life recording chart-topping albums, selling out vast arena concerts and making record-breaking TV shows - until one bad decision cost them everything.
The band topped the charts with Crazy Horses, Love Me For A Reason and One Bad Apple.
The Osmonds will run at the city centre theatre until Saturday.
