Hollywood star Michael Keaton has arrived in Glasgow today.
The 70-year-old actor landed at Glasgow Airport on a private plane from Los Angeles this afternoon, much to the delight of fans who have been speculating as to whether or not he would travel to the city to shoot scenes for the upcoming Batgirl film.

Keaton originally played the masked vigilante in the 1989 film Batman and again for Batman Returns in 1992.
The A-lister will soon act as Gotham's Dark Knight once more as confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter in December last year.

Filming for HBO's Batgirl flick starring Leslie Grace has been well underway in Glasgow since January this year.
Other big name actors like Brendan Fraser and J.K. Simmons have also been spotted on set and exploring the city during time off in recent weeks.
