A BUSY section road near the M8 motorway has been affected by flooding this morning.
Travel restrictions are in place at the M898 at Junction 1 on the approach to the Erskine Bridge from M8 Junction 30, affecting all lanes and causing traffic delays.
Traffic Scotland confirmed the hazard on their social media page and advised road users to be cautious when travelling.

This comes after several days of travel chaos caused by Storms Dudley and Eunice.
Scotrail cancelled their services from 4pm on Friday as amber warnings came into effect across the country, followed by a rare red warning being issued by the Met Office for heavy snow.
A yellow warning for rain and wind is in place for the south west of Scotland, from 12pm until 9pm today.
