A woman has been missing from Paisley since yesterday morning.
Harshita Gottipatti, who may also go by the name of Harshita Atei, was last seen in the Millarston area at around 9:50 am on Tuesday, January 22.
Harshita is described as Indian ethnicity, 5 foot 8 inches, with a medium build, long black hair and brown eyes.
When last seen she was wearing a knee-length brown woollen coat, grey tracksuit bottoms, blue trainers and black/white headphones.
Police Constable Gardner from Paisley Police Station said "We are becoming concerned for the whereabouts of Harshita and as time goes on we are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare, as this is completely out of character.
"Anyone who may have seen Harshita or has any information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 3386 of 22/02//2022."
