Staff and customers at a Victoria Road pub were shocked yesterday when a talented Paisley singer popped in for a pint.
Local legend Paolo Nutini has stepped away back from the music scene in recent years and is known for keeping relatively a low profile.

However, he is occasionally spotted in his hometown and around Glasgow.
This time, he chose to visit the Queen's Park Cafe in the city's Southside.
He is pictured smiling with two delighted pub-goers in a photo posted by the Queen's Park Cafe on Facebook.
A member of the team said simply: “Paolo Nutini visited us tonight.”
Avid Nutini fans have had a harder time keeping their cool in the comments, with many expressing their disappointment at having missed him.
One said: “It's no fair, I really want tae meet that handsome man."
Another added: “Wow! Lucky you!!”

Fortunately, they won't have long to wait to see the Last Request singer in person as he is set to play at this year's TRNSMT festival on Glasgow Green.
