A WOMAN was treated by paramedics after firefighters attended a building engulfed in smoke in Glasgow's Southside.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they arrived after receiving reports of a fire on Melville Street at 9.53pm last night.

Three fire trucks and a high-reach appliance were dispatched but when firefighters arrived, they found smoke but no fire.
An ambulance was also at the scene and a woman was treated by paramedics.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 9.53pm on Tuesday, 1 March to reports of smoke within a flat on Melville Street, Glasgow. "Operations Control mobilised three appliances and a height vehicle to the scene to make the area safe. "One female casualty was in the care of paramedics."
