COMEDIAN Janey Godley shared a video message to mark of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
The comedian was diagnosed with the illness in November last year.
In the heartfelt video, which she posted on Twitter, she talked about her diagnosis.
She said: "Last year, I was on tour in November doing my comedy show. "I was just exhausted all the time, I couldn't eat, I was bloated, swollen all the way to here, I felt as if I was seven months pregnant.
"The symptoms were me were extreme bloating, a really tight stomach, a lot of fluid in there, absolute lack of appetite, I couldn't eat anything practically, sheer exhaustion and peeing, I had a bladder like a scatter cushion, I peed about 40 times a day."

She continued to remind everyone to flag up symptoms to their doctors because it is important to catch the disease early.
The comedian had a hysterectomy and is currently receiving chemotherapy to battle the cancer.
