A NEW steak restaurant will be opening in Glasgow city centre this weekend.
The Glasgow Times headed to Gaucho, on West Nile Street, to take a sneak-peek inside the new eatery.
Doors open to the public this Saturday, March 5, following six weeks of building and decorating.
Planning permission was previously granted for the company to open up in an empty unit, which was previously home to Japanese eatery Benihana.
Gaucho, which has several restaurants across the UK, including Edinburgh and London, sells Argentinian steaks and wine.
A statement on the website read: "We’re excited to be opening a brand new site in the wonderful city of Glasgow, in March 2022.
"Our new restaurant is situated just a stone’s throw from central station, right in the heart of all the action."
Opening times will be Sunday to Thursday, 12pm to 12am, and Friday and Saturday, 11.30am to 12am.
