A MAN stood at the window of his home and carried out a sex act in front of a woman.
James McIntosh appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing following the incident on July 24, last year, at an address in Kirkintilloch.
Court papers state the 64-year-old did intentionally engage in sexual activity in the presence of the victim, by standing at a window, exposing his genitals, and carrying out the sex act.
The court heard that McIntosh is currently on a community payback order for another offence.
Sheriff Jonathan Guy told him: “This is a serious offence.”
He was ordered to be under social work supervision for one year and carry out 160 hours of unpaid work, as a direct alternative to custody.
He will also be subject to notification requirements for 12 months under the Sexual Offences Act.
