FIRE crews raced to an Asda Superstore today after a fire broke out.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed one fire engine attended the Bearsden store on Milngavie Road after the blaze was reported around 9.47am.
A small fire was found to have started in the plant room.
The blaze was extinguished and the crew left the scene around 11.19am.
The store was evacuated during the incident and no injuries were reported.
