A PENSIONER and young man have been taken to hospital following a crash in Crookston.
Police were called to the two-vehicle accident on Crookston Road, near Rosshall Academy.
The 20-year-old man and 81-year-old woman suffered minor injuries.
Officers closed the road in both directions for a short while.
The road has reopened with only one lane closed to allow for vehicle recovery.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 10.25am on Monday, May 2, police were called to a report of a two-car crash on Crookston Road in Glasgow.
"A 20-year-old man and 81-year old woman were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with minor injuries.
“One lane is currently closed to allow for vehicle recovery. “
