A MAN who died in hospital after being found injured in the city's Sandyhills has been named by police.
Paul Byrne, 47, was discovered within a property in Glenalmond Street on Sunday evening.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he died shortly after.
Police Scotland confirmed that his family are aware and a 48-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.

Detective Inspector Cheryl Kelly said: "Our thoughts remain with Paul's family at what continues to be a very difficult time for them.
"I would also like to thank the local community for their help and assistance during our investigation and to those who came forward with information."
