YOUTHS have been setting fires and smashing windows at "several" Glasgow primary schools.
Glasgow North East Police have hit out following the incidents which have taken place over the last week.
In a tweet, they posted four pictures showing the vandalism and tagged St Timothy's Primary and Thorntree Primary.
It is believed more than £2,000 worth of damage has been caused.
The force said: "Please remind your children when out to be respectful of properties."
Over the last week a number of primary schools have been victims of vandalisms by youths.

A Glasgow City Council spokesperson said: "We do not tolerate any sort of vandalism and culprits don’t realise the devastation they create or the impact their actions have in the community. We urge anyone with information to contact the police.”
