TWO roads near Hampden Park will be closed to traffic on the nights of upcoming gigs in Glasgow.
Big names including Ed Sheeran and Calvin Harris will be performing at the Southside stadium in the coming weeks.
Glasgow City Council has revealed Sommerville Drive and Letherby Drive will be closed to vehicles when Hampden will host the music artists.
The roads will be shut for their full length from 6pm on June 16 to 11.59pm on June 17 for the Ed Sheeran gigs.
They will also be closed from 6pm-11.59pm on the following nights:
- Sunday, June 26 - Liam Gallagher
- Saturday, July 2 - Calvin Harris

On Saturday, July 16, the roads will close at 6pm and open at 11.59pm on Sunday, July 17, for the Gerry Cinnamon gigs.
And on Tuesday, August 23, when Coldplay bring their tour to the city, the roads will again shut at 6pm and won't reopen until 11.59pm the following night.
This is for the safety of the event and other road users.
