A man who broke the terms of his community payback order after being evicted from a homeless hotel was tagged for 10 weeks.
John McDairmid was registered at the Queen's Park Hotel, a B&B used by Glasgow City Council to house people who become homeless.
But the 50-year-old was caught by staff with a woman in his room and was turfed out for breaking the hotel's rules.
McDairmid, now of Pollok, was on a community payback order for other matters and failed to alert the authorities of his change of address.
This led to a breach of the order.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court this week, Sheriff Vincent Lunny revoked McDairmid's previous order and made a new order that sees him tagged for 10 weeks, keeping him at home from 7pm to 7am.
