UPDATE: Man taken to hospital after attack in Glasgow as cops tape off scene
AN area of a Glasgow park has been taped off by police due to an incident.
Police vehicles have been spotted outside Richmond Park, in the Southside, as officers guard the area that has been cordoned off.
An eyewitness said five officers are in attendance.

They added: "The area of a car park belonging to the Jenny Burn pub also appears to be sealed off."
Bosses at the pub wrote on Facebook: "Due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed for the rest of today. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.35pm on Monday, July 11, 2022, police were called to the Clyde Gateway in Glasgow, following a report of a serious assault.
"One man was taken to hospital for treatment and enquiries are ongoing.”
