A MAN was seriously assaulted at a park in Glasgow, police have revealed.
We previously reported that Richmond Park and the car park of the Jenny Burn pub, in the Southside, have been taped off by police.

Officers have since revealed the nature of the incident.
The force said they received a report of a serious assault at 4.35pm today.
The victim, whose age has not been provided, was taken to hospital.
An investigation has been launched.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.35pm on Monday, 11 July, 2022, police were called to the Clyde Gateway in Glasgow, following a report of a serious assault.
"One man was taken to hospital for treatment and enquiries are ongoing.”
