The popular American burger chain Five Guys has been popular across Glasgow since it opened the first location on St Vincent Street in 2014.
Known for its huge selection of free toppings and healthy portions of fries, the restaurant has been exceedingly popular in Glasgow since it opened.
Now, to the surprise of passers-by, the St Vincent Street location has been converted into a building site and is closed to customers.
While the news of the closure may come as a shock, patrons will be happy to know that this Five Guys location is only closed temporarily for refurbishment and will reopen on Tuesday, October 4.
A sign posted on the door states: “We’re closed for refurbishment and reopening on the October 4.
“We’re open in Glasgow Fort, Glasgow Silverburn, Braehead and Xsite.”
