A have-a-go hero pensioner fought off a sex attacker - by breaking his fingers and booting him square in the groin.
Brave Jeanie Barbour battered pervert Kieron Sullivan after he pounced on her outside her home in Glasgow’s Kinning Park.
The 21-year-old grabbed both her breasts as the 72-year-old - who is battling cancer - was sweeping leaves for her neighbour. However, he got more than he bargained for.
Jeanie, who bravely waived her right to legal anonymity to speak exclusively to the Glasgow Times, said: “He sneaked up behind me and put his hand over my mouth then grabbed my chest. I got such a fright, but I thought I’m not having this.
“I started laying into him and pulled his fingers right back, then twisted them until I could hear the bones snap and crunch.
“He started screaming in pain and let go of me. I managed to turn around and then gave him a swift hard boot between the legs.
“He ran off and I screamed ‘you are a disgusting pervert. You’re lucky I didn’t break your neck'.
“I honestly don’t know where I got the strength from to fight him off. Thank goodness I found it because in the cold light of day he could have seriously sexually assaulted me.
"He’s a monster and deserves to rot in jail, but I'm glad I got my own punishment in first."
Jeanie’s neighbours called police to her home after the terrifying assault on December 30 last year.
Sullivan was traced hours later following a chase and arrested.
As well as attacking Jeanie, twisted Sullivan was also caught performing sex acts on himself in public.

He pleaded guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court last month to two charges of sexual assault and also admitted three charges of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of others.
The court heard of an earlier incident that day in which Sullivan was caught exposing himself while looking into a stranger's living room window.
He did a similar act on Christmas Day 2021 while looking into an office window of a city centre homeless accommodation.
Sullivan also groped a care worker in the TV room of the accommodation in January 2020, before stating: "I know you want this."
The terrified 51-year-old locked herself in an office and dialled 999.
The hearing was further told that Sullivan performed a lewd solo act in Kelvingrove Park in the presence of two women, aged 23 and 19.
Jeanie says the attack has left her feeling vulnerable and scared to leave her home.
The pensioner says the stress of what Sullivan put her through has sapped her self-confidence and caused her weight to plummet.
She explains: “I’m wary going anywhere now. It’s shattered me and I don’t even like sleeping upstairs. I’m a nervous wreck because of what he did to me.
“I’ve lived here safely for over 40 years and cannot believe I was attacked on my own doorstep. I’ve gone from 12 stone down to six-and-a-half. This has really taken its toll on me.
“If he can do something so vulgar to an elderly lady, then what else is he capable of? I honestly believe he wanted to rape someone.”
Police have secured Jeanie’s home with alarms but she says she still jumps at every noise.
She lost her husband Eddie to leukaemia eight years ago and says he would be proud of how she fought off her attacker.
The mum-of-two added: “I was brought up to stand up for myself. I’ve never taken any nonsense in my life.
“If Eddie was still here he would be saying well done. He would be furious that I was assaulted on the doorstep of our home.
“I never thought something like this would ever happen to me and you can't help but replay it in your mind.
“I’ve always been feisty and I’m glad I gave him a good hiding. It was what he deserved, and I hope he is locked up for a long time. As far as I’m concerned, he’s a risk to women and should never be allowed to roam free.
"I won’t let this beat me and I’m determined to move on with my life."
Sentence was deferred pending background reports on Sullivan until later this month by Sheriff Matthew Jackson KC.
The deviant, who appeared from custody, had his remand continued and was put on the sex offenders' register meantime.
