A man accused of trying to extort cash from five people has a warrant out for his arrest.
Stuart Clark, also known as Stuart Patrick, allegedly committed the crimes between July 2017 and March 2020.
The offences are said to have taken place at properties in Glasgow, Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, and Dundee.
Court papers state that the 33-year-old put a woman in a state of fear and alarm and apprehension of threats of harm to her and her family.
The 15-charge indictment claims that Clark, of Cumbernauld, was able to extort £1350 from her by threats.
A second charge says he also tried to extort a Mercedes C220 car from a separate woman.
It is stated that he told her that unless she gave him the car, he would circulate intimate images of her to friends and family.
He is separately accused of approaching the woman whilst she was driving and issued threats.
The charge goes on to say he also sent her messages threatening her with violence and financial ruin.
Clark further threatened a third and fourth woman and a man.
All of them were allegedly told that violence would be used against them unless a quantity of money was transferred to his bank account.
The man was said to have been warned that damaging information would be revealed about him while one of the women were told that he would attend addresses of her family members.
One of the other women is said to have been asked by Clark about her evidence and the charges in an attempt to pervert the course of justice.
Clark was due to go on trial today at Glasgow Sheriff Court but did not attend.
A warrant was granted for his arrest by Sheriff Lindsay Wood.
