A pensioner is fighting for her life after being struck by a car in Greenock on Thursday.
The 90-year-old was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car at 11:05 am on Thursday.
Officers are seeking CCTV or anyone that may have seen the incident on October 27.
The elderly woman was struck by a Suzuki Splash car at Union Street near to Kelly Street in Greenock.
She was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in an ambulance and her condition is described as life-threatening.
The 90-year-old driver of the car was not hurt following the crash.
Sergeant Chris Hoggans at the Road Policing Complex at Helen Street, Govan is appealing for witnesses to the incident. He would also like to hear from anyone who has captured the incident on CCTV or has dashcam footage.
Anyone with information should contact police via 101 quoting incident number 1082 of 27 October 2022.
