The cost-of-living crisis is continuing to threaten the closure of businesses in the greater Glasgow area.
This month we reported 14 business closures in and around the city with many of them blaming rising energy costs on the decision to close.
Businesses are also struggling to meet inflation and rising food costs and sadly many have not survived the current economic climate.
Wild Flours on Duke Street
The cafe, which specialised in gluten-free produce, was forced to close after six months as rising costs forced the 'difficult decision'.

No 2 Montgomery in East Kilbride
The team at this popular eatery made the decision to close as trading became 'unsustainable' with inflation and rising energy bills.

The team behind Five March announced they were 'extremely sad' about having to close their newest venture due to the cost-of-living crisis.

Bauhaus on Dumbarton Road
The closure of Bauhaus in Partick surprised local residents as they ceased trading after two years without notice.

Blue Arrow Jazz Club on Sauchiehall Street
The popular city centre bar and live music venue closed due to hard times, upsetting a number of jazz fans in Glasgow.

The popular brunch spot announced the closure on social media with a 'very heavy heart'.

The Paisley restaurant announced it was 'with deep sadness' that it was closing, and said that they had no 'help to aid its survival'.
