US chicken chain Popeyes is set to open at a new retail park in Barrhead.
The former site of the Nestlé Purina factory is currently being transformed after it lay derelict for 15 years.
So far, businesses including Lidl, B&M, Bayne's, and Card Factory have announced they will be opening stores at the retail park on Glasgow Road, which will be partially complete in February next year.

Once fully completed, there will be 339 car parking spaces.
Popeyes has revealed it will also open a restaurant at the retail park, which will be the very first drive-thru store in the UK.
Starbucks and Burger King will also be opening drive-thru stores.
