A MAN has been charged following an alleged attempted fraud at a pharmacy in Newton Mearns.
Cops were called to the premises on Mearns Road on Wednesday night.
A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.

Further enquiries are still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.05pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, police were called to a pharmacy on Mearns Road, Newton Mearns, following a report of an attempted fraud.
"A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and further enquiries are ongoing.”
