GLASGOW cops and traffic wardens handed out 12 parking tickets to drivers parked near a West End school.
Officers were in attendance at Glasgow Gaelic School recently.
Half of the fines issued were because motorists had parked in newly marked bays beside the school.
Officers reminded road users to park in official bays only and to pay when using them.
A tweet from Glasgow North West Police on Thursday evening read: "@GlasgowNWPolice were out with @CityParkingGlas around the Gaelic School and on Argyle Street in Anderston.
"Twelve tickets were issued. Half of these were for the newly marked bays adjacent to the school. Park in official bays only and use the app or meter to pay."
