Our readers shared their snaps of some of the amazing cakes the 30-year-old has made for them since launching her east end business in 2018.
We've picked five of our favourite here to share - and every one looks so good you are almost sad to eat it!
1 - Subway cake - Complete with receipt, this footlong looks like its' come straight out of the oven, complete with foundant melting cheese and moutwatering fillings.
2 - Roll and Bacon cake - This well-fired morning roll looks as crispy as one straight out the oven, complete with a bottle of Lucozade on the side to wash it down. It is of course soft in the centre and we are sure customer Agnes would have had a great birthday surprise when this arrived.
3 - Fish supper cake - The only thing us Glaswegians perhaps love more than a slice of cake is a good old fashioned bag of fish and chips - and let's not forget a pickled egg on the side. You can have both with this cracking creation from Christie - it looks so real you could be forgiven for firing on a healthy helping of salt and vinegar!
4 - Fry and cake - You can't beat a full Scottish breakfast...unless of course you recreate it in cake form! This looks the perfect cure for any hangover!
5 - Dinosaur cake - Christie pulled out all the stops for this birthday cracker that wouldn't have looked out of place on the set of Jurassic Park. A real 'roaring' success.
