The team behind some of Glasgow’s most popular venues have opened a new Japanese restaurant in Giffnock.
Sake Maki on Fenwick Road is the newest venture for Bow Hospitality, the group behind Mezcal and Saint Judes in the city centre.
The new family-friendly restaurant will be serving up Japanese favourites like sushi and ramen with vegetarian and vegan options.
Joe Lilley, area manager for Bow Hospitality, said: “Bow Hospitality is proud to open a brand-new Japanese restaurant in the heart of Giffnock, Sake Maki.
“With a focus on fresh sushi made in-house, a great selection of sake, loads of ramen bowls, kimchi rice, and katsu curries all accompanied with a wide selection of fillings.
“We are child friendly as well so the kids can enjoy the wonders of Japanese cuisine in a fun environment in the southside of the city.
“We also have a strong vegetarian and vegan offer, as well as some signature cocktails to wash down the fantastic food.
“As well as sit-in, we offer collection and delivery to all the local areas through our website and delivery partners.”
