Louis Tomlinson, former One Direction bandmate, has been forced to cancel a series of album signings due to an injury, including one in Glasgow this week.
The singer was due to greet fans at HMV on Argyle Street in Glasgow on Thursday, November 17, for a sold-out album signing.
The signings to celebrate Louis's second studio album, have now been cancelled after the singer broke his arm.
In a statement posted on social media yesterday, Louis wrote: "Thank you to everyone that's listened to the new album so far, it means the world to me.
"The show last night in New York was incredible.
"Unfortunately on the way back I've managed to fall and break my right arm pretty badly.
"So, I'm gutted to say I'll have to reschedule the in-store signings next week.
"New dates will be announced very soon.
"Thank you for all your support and sorry to anyone who was coming next week. Louis."
HMV has advised that tickets will be valid for the next signings, however, they have not been rescheduled yet.
A spokesperson from HMV advised fans on Twitter: "Please note: Customers who are yet to collect their wristband, you do not need to collect them this week.
"All wristbands and albums will be available to collect any time from now until the new date of the signings.
"If you have collected them please do not lose them."
EVENT UPDATE: Please note that due to an injury, Louis Tomlinson is unable to do the album signings planned for this week. However he has promised to reschedule these events and we will be announcing the new dates shortly. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. pic.twitter.com/tjvXa1a1Jh
