A man accused of lighting a flare at Ibrox Stadium has a warrant out for his arrest.
Scott Godfrey, 37, allegedly had the pyrotechnic outside the ground on September 16, 2021.
The Gers were set to face French outfit Olympique Lyonnais in the UEFA Europa League which they later lost 0-2.
Court papers state Godfrey culpably and recklessly ignited and placed a smoke flare pyrotechnic within close proximity to members of the public.

It is said this caused smoke to be emitted, covering the roadway there to the danger of the public.
Godfrey was due to appear today at Glasgow Sheriff Court to answer the single charge.
However, Godfrey, of the city's Cardonald, did not appear and a warrant was granted by Sheriff Seith Ireland.
