A hospital security guard is accused of using CCTV to intimately record a woman.
Michael Smith, 60, allegedly recorded the images at Glasgow Royal Infirmary on July 10, 2020.
Court papers state Smith took recordings of genitals, buttocks or underwear of the woman.
It is claimed Smith repeatedly zoomed into an intimate area of her body and viewed her.
The charge is contrary to the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act.

Smith faces an alternative charge of conducting himself in a disorderly manner and committed breach of the peace.

A trial has been fixed for January with a hearing taking place in December.
Smith, of Torrance, East Dunbartonshire, remains on bail meantime.
