DANCING on Ice stars have reacted to a Glasgow comedian's hilarious rant about ice skaters in Scotland.
We previously reported that Paul Black uploaded a video to social media warning locals that skaters could descend upon Glasgow's Queen's Park any day now, as the pond is starting to freeze over.
He jokingly hit out at Scottish people who own their own ice skates.
Mark Hanretty, a professional ice skater from Erskine, saw the funny side of the rant - despite fitting the type of person the comedian is taking aim at.
He wrote: "This made me 😂😂😂"
Someone replied to the skater, who has featured on Dancing on Ice for years, writing: "@markhanretty got their own skates!!!!! I don’t trust you 😂"
Mark again replied repeating one of the lines the comedian said in the clip, writing: "All sorts of I Tonya s**t going on here! 😂"
Paul Black then demanded the skater reveal where he learned his skills. He wrote: "Well tell us where ye learned!"
The 37-year-old professional has been training with his celebrity partner Carley Stenson for the ITV show which will return in January 2023.

Former Dancing on Ice star Alex Murphy also commented after watching the clip, which has been branded "hilarious".
She wrote: "Omg I wanna come."
The video, which was uploaded to Paul's social media accounts yesterday, has been watched thousands of times.
Chris McFarlane, a Glasgow musician better known as Big Miz, said: "People from Coatbridge get a pass. Time Capsule on a Friday night was a rite of passage."
Meanwhile, Glasgow actor Gary Lamont, who previously played hairdresser Robbie Fraser in River City, said: "In the name of Nancy Kerrigan!! 🥶⛸️"
