Last year, we reported that devastating photos showed the aftermath of the severe blaze at the "Airdrie institution".
Fire crews were called to Rochsolloch Road at 12.50am on August 11.
The owners shared their heartbreak at the time by writing: "We are devastated and slowly trying to process what has happened. The most important thing is that no one was in at the time and so all of our staff are safe."
Meanwhile, hundreds of local politicians, residents, and businesses also shared their heartbreak.
At the time, councillor Paul Di Mascio said: "Devastating news about Guidis fire overnight, glad everyone was okay and nobody was hurt. So many happy memories with family here over decades as will so many others. Praying you get through this awful event and come back stronger in due course."
Bosses thanked the community for the overwhelming support in the days following the fire.
