How to get to the Glasgow OVO Hydro for Blue?
Luckily, the Finnieston area is very accessible and can be travelled to via public transport as well as by car.
Here's how to get to the OVO Hydro for the Blue gig:
Train: The OVO Hydro has its very own train station, allowing for easy access for revellers and music lovers.
There are six trains per hour (around every 10 minutes) that depart from Glasgow Central Station from Platform 17 in the station's lower level.
There is then a walkway that leads directly from the Hydro station to the events arena.
However, it is advised that you check train times well in advance as Network Rail strike action may mean a reduced service on Monday, December 19.
Bus: The X19 Stagecoach stops a few minutes' walk from the OVO Hydro and runs from Easterhouse to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Govan.
Parking: The OVO Hydro has multi-storey parking (operated by Glasgow City Council) available for all OVO Hydro visitors. There are also on-site machines on the ground floor.
Drop-off and pick-up areas are located to the west of SEC Centre which can be found on the OVO Hydro website.
