Neil Lennon has revealed the current Celtic player that he'd love to have managed during his time at the club.

The Northern Irishman admits he's a huge fan of Ange Postecoglou and the work he's carried out since arriving in Glasgow 18-months-ago.

The 51-year-old also revealed that he's a massive fan of many of the Hoops players.

And Lenny has opened up on his favourite - Kyogo.

He told Football Odds: "I like all the current Celtic players, I really like Kyogo Furuhashi and he's one of the players I would have liked to have in my squad.

"He's so clinical with all kinds of finishes and has great movement, he's my favourite player at the minute."

Lenny also spoke about the future of Josip Juranovic.

The Croatian right-back has been heavily linked with a move away from the Scottish champions.

His performances for his country at the World Cup seem to have peaked the interest of several big European clubs.

And Lennon reckons it's now inevitable that the 27-year-old will leave the Hoops.

He said: "As an ex-Celtic manager, you don't want to see any top Celtic players leave the club but I guess with Josip Juranovic it's inevitable.

"The progression he's made is great and he had an unbelievable World Cup.

"I have no qualms for him playing in the Premier League, he would slot straight in.

"Juranovic and Reece James are different players, going forward James is fantastic and his progress at Chelsea has been brilliant, he was a big miss for England.

"Juranovic is a bit of a different fullback, he starts deeper and likes to move forward from deeper positions whereas James can get up and down like a wing-back.

"I would not be surprised to see Juranovic join Chelsea or one of the other top Premier League clubs."
