A WATCHDOG has been made aware of an "incident" at a Glasgow care home as the police investigation into a man's death continues.
We previously reported that a long-term resident at Chester Park Care Home in Kinning Park was found dead within the grounds of the facility on Boxing Day.
The Care Inspectorate has today confirmed that they were notified of an "incident" but cannot make any further comment.
A spokesperson said: "We have been notified by the service of an incident.
"We cannot comment at this time due to an ongoing police investigation."
Meanwhile, police enquiries into the man's death are ongoing.
Bosses at the care home previously revealed staff were left "shocked and saddened" following the loss.

A spokesperson said: “Tragically, one of our long-term residents was discovered in the grounds of the home on Boxing Day.
"We are cooperating fully with police enquiries as we try to determine the circumstances surrounding his death."
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Around 7.40am on Monday, December 26, 2022, a man was found deceased within the grounds of a care home in Lambhill Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow.
"Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding his death.”
