TWO busy roads in Glasgow city centre will be closed to traffic from next week.
High Street, between Duke Street and Rottenrow, and Burrell’s Lane, between Duke Street and High Street, will be shut from January 9 until February 24.
This is due to Scottish Water repair works.
Drivers are being warned to expect delays.

Georgina Reid, Scottish Water’s corporate affairs manager in the west, said: “This proactive work allows us to take care of the wastewater network in the area.
"We know this is a busy part of the city and we will therefore do all we can to minimise disruption where possible.
“We would like to thank road users, local residents and businesses in advance for their patience and understanding while these essential works are being carried out.”
