A MAN was allegedly found to be driving seven times over the booze limit at the weekend.
On Friday night, a member of the public phoned cops shortly after 8pm to report someone who was thought to be drink driving in Paisley.
Officers traced the driver, a 48-year-old man, and carried out a roadside breath test.

This showed he was seven times over the limit.
He was arrested and will be reported to the procurator fiscal.
Renfrewshire & Inverclyde Police Division said: "At 8.08pm on Friday, January 13, 2023, a member of the public phoned police to report a male who was thought to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
"Police traced a 48-year-old male; carried out the roadside breath test, and the male was seven times over the drink driving limit.
"The male was arrested and will be reported to the procurator fiscal in Paisley.
"We urge anyone with information on drink/drug drivers to contact us on the 999 emergency number, 101 if non-urgent or alternatively through the charity Crimestoppers, if you wish to remain anonymous on 0800 555 111."
