A MUCH-LOVED coffee shop in Paisley has announced its closure.
BLEND Coffee Lounge, at Causeyside Street, first opened in the town in 2015.
But bosses have revealed the store will now be shutting in the next few weeks.
In a five-minute emotional clip posted on Facebook, manager Alan revealed the "sad" news.
During the video, he said: "Sadly, we’ve come to the conclusion that our time in Paisley is coming to an end. And so, over the next few weeks, we will be wrapping things up here in Paisley.
"We very much hope it’s not the end of the book, but the end of the chapter, and that one day we’ll hopefully be back.
"Times, as everybody knows, have got challenging financially for many businesses and many individuals.
"It’s just not viable for us to remain open, but we don’t want to be sad about this."

Alan went on to say: "As much as we will grieve closing those doors for the last time, we also want to go out with a celebration.
"We want it to be a celebration of joy and beauty and all that Blend has come to represent in the past eight years.
"We believe Paisley has got such a great future, but right now for us in the present, our time is finished here for now. But maybe in the future, we will be back.
"What we ask in these moments, in these weeks, will you help us celebrate to go out with a bang?
"There’s a book at our till, and over the next few weeks, if you’re in, just maybe jot down some of the memories that you’ve had of your time here or some of the stories or the interactions you’ve had with our staff members. We want to keep them; we want to cherish them.
"One final thing to say is 'thank you'. We appreciate everything. Without your support, encouragement, custom, and friendship, we would not even have been here for the seven and a half years. For that, we say thanks."
