GLOBAL megastar Beyonce has confirmed she will be performing at a major Scottish stadium date as part of her Renaissance World Tour this spring.
The performer will be marking her first trip to Scotland’s capital city since 2003, when she was in Leith for the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The former Destiny’s Child singer has announced six UK shows as part of her world tour, with dates in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland and London.
It comes just a week after Beyonce took to the stage for her first live headline show since 2018, at a controversial private gig in Dubai.
She last went on a world tour following the release of her 2016 album Lemonade, putting on a show at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
It is yet to be confirmed when tickets will go on sale for the Edinburgh show, due to take place on May 20, 2023.
