PASSENGERS had to be evacuated from a double-decker bus following an "incident" in Glasgow's Southside today.
First Glasgow confirmed an investigation is underway after the incident with its X8 service on Linthaugh Road in Pollok.

Those on the bus were asked to get off and were collected by the next bus.
A spokesperson for First Glasgow said: “We can confirm an incident took place with one of our vehicles on the X8 service at approximately 7.25am this morning on Linthaugh Road in Pollok.
“All customers were asked to disembark from the vehicle following the incident and were promptly collected by the next bus servicing the route.
"Our investigation into the incident is underway.
“We wish to apologise to our customers who were on board the service as well as road users in the area for any inconvenience caused.”
Recovery was arranged for the bus.
It is believed that Police Scotland were made aware of the incident but did not attend.
