PROPOSALS to transform a railway depot in Yorkhill into stylish flats has been submitted to council chiefs.
Network Rail and Ryder Architecture have applied for planning in principle to build 49 apartments at the brownfield site on the corner of Kelvinhaugh Street and Sandyford Street.
If given the green light, plans show there would be two blocks with a roof deck, amenity space, gardens, private south-facing balconies and 24 car parking spaces.
The application is pending assessment by Glasgow City Council planners.
