A busy Paisley road will shut for five days to allow for essential resurfacing works to be carried out.
Motorists are being warned to avoid the eastbound carriageway of Hurlet Road from Grahamston Road to Glasgow Road on Monday February 20 until Friday February 24.
The route is used by shoppers from Paisely and Barrhead to get to Silverburn.
Alternatives routes along Paisley Road, Barrhead, Cross Arthurlie Street, Main Street and Glasgow Road will be in put in place.
Drivers are being asked to plan their route in advance to avoid potential lengthy delays.
