Chris Sutton has branded Michael Beale "thin-skinned" as the Celtic hero took another dig at the Rangers boss.
Last night, Beale's rant to the media about the pundit emerged.
The Ibrox No.1 called Sutton Chelsea's worst ever player, and also labelled him a "comedy act".
Beale's comments were in response to Sutton posing the question of whether Beale would have gifted Celtic a goal if Malik Tillman had netted a controversial strike after the show of sportsmanship against Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup.
Today, that war of words has continued on more than one occasion with Sutton hitting back.
Now, appearing on BT Sport's Scottish Football Extra, Sutton insists it's actually Beale who is the comedian, referencing the way the 42-year-old departed QPR to return to Ibrox last year.
Sutton was put on the spot about the feud by host Darrell Currie.

Sutton said: "What is Mick Beale getting his knickers in a twist about? He's so thin-skinned, isn't he? What have I said which was wrong?
"All I did was, on BBC radio, I asked Mark Chapman if he'd have done the same against Celtic. Mick got personal. He started talking about my playing career.
"I can't possibly comment on his playing career for obvious reasons. He started talking about comedy acts... the way he left QPR under a cloud was a comedy act. I'd go as far as to say that I'm more popular in West London than Mick Beale is."
