POPULAR restaurants in Glasgow have updated their customers following news of their owner going into liquidation.
We previously reported that Kained Holdings, which owns a number of venues in the city, has been given a court order after being unable to pay its debts.
The group operates Lebowskis, The Finnieston Bar and Restaurant, the Oyster Bar, and Porter & Rye.

A post on all of the venue's Facebook accounts informed customers that the restaurants will remain open as usual.
It read: "What a morning…Given today’s news coverage and the reaction, we wanted to reach out to you, our customers, our suppliers and our friends to reassure you we are still here!
"It's business as usual for Porter & Rye, Lebowskis West, The Finnieston Bar & Restaurant and its Oyster Bar.
"The units are not closed and will not be closing – their futures are secure, as are the jobs of the amazing teams who work there. Same staff, same venues, same buildings, same offerings.
"Thank you to everyone who has got in touch, we appreciate and understand your concern, but the outlets are here to stay and your bookings are safe. Thank you as always for your support."
According to the court order, Wylie and Bissett have been appointed as liquidators, and jobs have been secured.
