PLANS have been submitted to transform a former Dr Martens store into a new cafe.
Black Sheep Coffee has asked for permission to use the empty unit at 50 Sauchiehall Street as a cafe and for retail use.
The Dr Martens shop shut two years ago before the brand opened a new store on Buchanan Street last year.

A proposed floor plan shows a retail area at the front of the store, a seating area, a servery, a condiment area and an accessible toilet.
The coffee chain already has a store further up at 254 Sauhiehall Street as well as a unit at Glasgow Central station.
