A MAJOR retailer is getting ready to open a new shop this week in Braehead.
Superdrug will launch a new store on Friday creating 10 new jobs at the popular shopping centre, reports The Scottish Sun.
The beauty chain will offer make-up, fragrances and exclusive brands to the 9324sq ft space.
The new shop will occupy Unit 42/43 of Braehead Shopping Centre.
The Scottish Sun reported that Nigel Duxbury, property director at Superdrug, said: “We’re thrilled to be opening the doors to our brand-new store in Braehead.
"We can’t wait for our local customers to visit – with a professional Beauty Studio, fragrance counter, exclusive brands and more, we’re confident that it’s going to be a hit.”
Shoppers can also sign up to Superdrug’s Health and Beautycard in-store, to collect points to redeem on future purchases, with exclusive offers available for cardholders.
A spokesperson for Braehead said: “The Braehead centre remains an attractive location and we continue to see strong demand for space."
